How far in advance should I book a corporate event?

For international events with 50+ participants, we recommend booking 4-6 months in advance. During peak season (May-June, September-October), book 6-9 months ahead. For smaller groups under 30 people, 2-3 months may be sufficient.

How much does a corporate event cost?

Costs vary based on destination, group size, and program complexity. As a general guide: a 3-4 night incentive trip in Europe ranges from €800-2,000 per person. What does your full-service package include?

Do you handle flights and travel logistics?
